I guess you mean Analytics goals. I measure those goals:

signups
registered users
sales

In my personal case, I don't...there are no goals that Analytics can track that I can measure.

In the cases of my clients, they don't, because the actions that Analytics is capable of tracking are the same ones I code custom tracking in for anyway.
