Duplicate content on 62 pages out of 70, think i got pessimized 1-2 unique visitors from google in a day, work on site more than month. If i will place over 20-30% of unique content on each page and google index them it will automatically rebanned or i will need to wait some time?

You're not actually banned.

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLF,GGLF:2006-19,GGLF:en&q=site%3apokerqw%2ecom

There is no set percentage or formula (at least one that is openly revealed) as far as how much unique content should be on each page. My suggestion would be "put as much unique content as possible that is of use on each page" (in other words, make it unique, but don't fill it up with crap either.)

Your biggest problems seem to be that you're engaging in silly link exchange practices and that your site really isn't that much of a resource yet. Add to it as a resource, lose the silly link exchanges, code it more cleanly and you'll have what you want IN TIME (don't expect stuff to happen overnight.)

Actually i check(mcdar.net) that on such words as poker, bonuses, online and any variations google don't find my site. I have tittle, keywords and enough text on main page repeating them. So do i pessimized due to duplicated content or my site too young, sanboxed, need more pages and etc?

You do realize those are some of the most competitive keywords online. I'd bet poker is one of the toughest words out there to rank for.

Why should Google choose to rank your site of the other 6,780,000 that also have the word poker in their title?

You're not penalized. What you are is in an extremely competitive market and you need to do a lot more work besides adding a few keywords to your title and in various parts of your page.

There's your first mistake...using a tool. Using a tool is baaaaaaaaad.

Second, what Steven just said to you. Just because your site is about poker doesn't mean it's going to rank for "poker". It's one of the most competitive keywords in one of the most competitive industries online. According to an Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation employee that I heard once on the radio, the largest site in terms of revenue in the world is a poker site (PokerStars.net, in case you're wondering.)

You want to rank? Be prepared to spend a lot of time and a lot of money. And by a lot, I'm talking thousands of manhours and hundreds of thousands of dollars. And you probably STILL won't rank.
