How much would you sell a forum for that has 11k posts? I'm still not sure about the BIN price.

usually a rough idea is 12 x monthly income

but there are exceptions

It's like placing a value on a database of 11k posts.

How many members
How much traffic
Custom design?
what software does it run on
Is it a good domain?
Does it have PR?
How much revenue?

Or are you just selling a database?

how much competition do you have in your niche?
what type of advertising do you do?
what do you use to generate income?
what type of software (VB.phpbb,SMF)

There's only one competing forum for this niche, but I pwned it in less than a week.

ide say around 150 to 300. depending on the earning potential and the info. we cant give an appraisal if we cant see the site. so this thread is pointless. :thumbdown:

Nor am I, but I do not see any value. IF it is the forum listed on the users blog site as "my sites" that has the same numbers. It is a .us domain, a free site, free skin with no revenue. The userbase is small and the forums with the mosts posts within the site are non topic specific.

Looking at the page strength ( had it open so going with that) the site ( again IF it is that one)
has a name visibility in the 19th percentile.
no visible linking besides to the targeted URL and no page rank.

I fail to see much value in this at all, the way it sets.
