i think the key with communities is not starting them up as one perosn try to have 2 to 3 people with you as there is nothing worse than coming to an empty forum...

I've currently got about 30-40 avid posters, and about 2000 active members. I still think the site is too slow...

what next? How do you go from medium to big?
