I have a forum and here is the link Etcetera Community. It is community where we share everything about computers. Do you think it has a chance of growing big? I am open to critiques, comments and suggestions.

Don't know. Depends on how well you promote it. Your site might need a better skin, though.

You've got to work really hard to get people interested and involved. Start with making lots of friends, and encouraging those friends to tell others. Then get really involved on your forum and make sure everyone gets along and feels welcome.

Your forum is doing pretty good for a mundane look in a saturated niche. Innovate a little. Get a better theme.

Great, You forum is developing well. Probably you can held a contest to draw in more surfers to join. For example, winners will get to place their banner on the front page of your forum.
