I just asked for a review of my new forum , and apparently it is too big to fit the screen in some browsers...im using phpbb3...how do i fix this??

Its usually one of the elements the title or the ads being too big

look are your code see if you can find anything with a width thats big, i had a quick look and found width="1050" height="105" alt="" title="" /></a>

Maybe have a look at this and reduce its width, it should be something simple.

maybe make it a percent like 95% and add this: margin: 0 auto; to make it centered
