Is there an existing tip that could solve the problem of websites that have a forum phpBB, so those users get a username + password, and that also have other software like Gallery2 or Wordpress or other one ?

Let say I want phpBB and Gallery2 - and whant my users to login just once for both.
Anything in our world for this ?

Not something I have ever done or know of anyone who has, but it's not really rocket science.
Simply code your own signup system that then sent the details to both databases would be easiest.
