Hey guys, I'm looking for a forum script that has a feature where users can pay for points via paypal, and then spend those points decorating their posts, like highlighting them, and promoting them on the front page of the site.

Can any one make any suggestions?

Depends if you are using vbullitin as there is a plugin for vbullitin that you can install, http://www.vbcredits.com

Pretty sure you can set up payment systems too people to be able to buy points, not sure if this helps !
