I saw this application: WhiteLabel Messenger. It's a messaging application that you can download for free and customize. It also comes with a chatroom for your site.
The app itself is pretty sweet, it allows you to manage all of your instant messaging accounts from skype, AIM, MSN, ICQ, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace etc... from one app. In short, all your buddies in one list no more opening every single messaging app to talk with your friends.
According to their website you can earn some dough through their ad-network as well.
