i'm trying to create a blogging community such as hugbapes or wordpress.com but don't know which is better and stable enough?

can you suggest me please?

wordpress 3 has wordpress multiuser built in. All you have to do is enable it, make some changes to your config files, change your dns for a wildcard *, and your ready to go. Just do some searches for wordpress 3 and multiuser.

Consider this - Foxnews uses wordpress for their blogging platform. If wordpress is good enough for Foxnews, its good enough for you.

i have it installed but i can't see where to enable it..

please guide me.. i'm pretty sure wp will be enough since i only need about 30 users.
