Maybe think about getting some members before worrying about moderators, only 1 member and thats admin, you must be a real bad'un to need 15 mods to moderate you.
hey good luck but choose those people who are familiar with your niche as well as they must be responsible and sensible as well because moderation of forum is a tough job to do thanks
