You shared good list here but not all are dofollow in the list.

Ah the irony!

IMO time will be better spent if used to locate niche relevant forms, and post on whether it's follow or dofollow, btw I think the effectiveness of dofollow/nofollow has dminished a lot since people just abuse it to hoard pagerank.

nofollow was introduced to stop blog comment spam, nowadays people even use it on body text links in their articles.

There are like 120 forums, with good PR !

There are a lot of forums with high page rank or rediculous visitorship. But most of them are about stuff that I have no interest in talking about. I'm perfectly fine with just having a few thousand forum threads that link to my web pages. Way better than having a bunch of off topic posts or name drops. People respect you way more when you don't spam.
