Is it proves effective if I put keyword in user name in forum posting sites? Can SERP for that keyword increases by doing this?

No! it's utter crass stupidity and makes it blindingly obvious why you joined the forum/Social Media site in the first place. To spam only.

On the other hand of course, it does make it very easy to decide on whether you are going to get banned for otherwise minor breaches of the site rules.

That won't give you backlinks. Better to have your keyword in the sig and contribute to the community.
