An interesting article on how Twitter and Facebook Can Help Your Search Rankings. From what I gather, it looks like Google & Bing will or are looking at nofollow links from social media.

I use Twitter and Facebook to share my website's contents and drive traffic, and most of my websites now have buttons to share or reproduce. But then I found I got many backlink from twitter, and my keyword ranking became better, but I'm not sure it's because those links twiiter brought in or the links I build in other ways.

It really works in sites. That is what I'm telling you. Social Networking sites helps a lot.

If your visitor is a unique visitor then there is a high probability that it can be converted to a buyer.

Nope, "Unique visitors" are not necessarily going to convert instantly.
Maybe for a "MFA" page and they take the first available "exit" it is possible, but if you are selling a product customers may want to research first.

Should I say accurate visitors not unique visitors.

The marketing phrase is "qualified" visitors. Meaning people that click through to the page already knowing what they want.

Twitter and Facebook have good traffic but only no follow links , So these both sites can generate traffic not back links,

I agree,Twitter and FB do not help in link building and with baitful types of blurbs/tweets leading those followers to visit your site wanting more is an extremely good way to attain immediate traffic.

If you have a good number of connections on Facebook and Twitter, then you can promote your site among them, get good traffic.

Social networking sites are very useful, they help to increase your website traffic and if you have promoted your website in relevant groups then you might be get business too..
