Can somebody tell me the backlinks I got from twitter are they do-follow or no follow? So what should I do to get do follow backlinks such micro blogging websites?

Twitter backlinks are nofollow. But recently Google has given a great priority in tweets. The most retweeted article or site can get good effect.
