when i submit a link, do i havbe to put in the html code thing?

and where do i put it at?

I think you're talking about submitting to directories, You don't need to put html codes,just put your website's info.

cause it says in order for your site to work, or url above it says you must place this html code for it to work or what ever....

do i just skip that part then?
