Hi,
I want to know one thing that in directory submission we generally get a free link .But what profit a directory owner gets by giving us a free link?

Hmm...I also am not sure. However I feel that if the directory has a lot of links, he will be able to better persuade other people to buy paid listings. Besides that, he can sell advertisements on his site......or after a while sell of the site..

well as a directory owner i benefit from adsense clicks, advertising, and link sale ( when the PR goes up) and although i dont do it there are alot of directory owners that use email marketing (spam ) that is way you should always make up a free email account (ex yahoo, gmail) for your directory submissions
