Submit to My Directory

Its still new so there aren't many links yet but please don't let this prevent you from adding your listing, I'm not going to allow too many listings in each category so get in first!

Hello New Method,

This is a good idea for people looking for web developers in the UK. The domain is not ideal for the project, but the concept is good.
I notice you have "Submit Articles" and sections for articles, what is the purpose of these? If they are not necessary (which I presume) id suggest removing them.

I have submitted my Company to your directory, if you require assistance in the project do contact me. I notice it could do with some SEO for short urls.

Hi, thanks for adding your listing! They are coming in slowly but surely (I'd rather they were manually entered than pull them from DMOZ or something as I would like only high quality designers in the directory).

In response to your post about helping with SEO friendly URLS, I am having a bit of hassle with HTACCESS so had to remove it to get the site up. If you could assist with this I would accept with much appreciation!

Basically when the HTACCESS is uploaded I get a 500 server error. I've narrowed it down to being the following two lines (when I comment them out the directory works):

# Disable directory browsing
Options -Indexes

# Follow symbolic links in this directory
Options +FollowSymLinks

I know this won't be enough info to get you started so I'll try contacting you later today when I have some time for a chat
