A few things to keep in mind: - No spammy sites - Every submission is manually reviewed
- Proper Category - If you make no attempt, I won't even look at it. I will just deny it.
- Geographic Relevancy - If your site is only relevent to a certain area (city, state, country) please submit to the appropriate page under 'Regional'.

To take advantage of this offer, simply place the link (with the requested anchor text) on your site. On the submission form for neorunner.com, you will see a box which says "Keyword/Phrase". Please enter the URL of the page where you placed the link. In "Keyword Phrase 2", please enter the URL you would like to use for your free links. In "Keyword Phrase 3" please enter the anchor text you want for the link to your site.
If I get a decent response to this, I will rewrite the submissions page to make this process more user friendly. I just want to see if this works.
