Submit to My Directory

Searching on google I couldn't find the answer to this. Anyone got a rough idea. Since directory are easy to write and there are open source versions available, anyone can build and mantain them. So how many are there?

You right, anyone can build it , but there are so many diffrent ways to do it.
How many directories index your pages into search enginess in less than 10 minutes ?

How many of them have mod-rewrite ?

Open source are good for farm links - but they are useless .

Thats a good question badams, a better question would be how many directories are there out there that are actually worth the bother of filling out the details for your websites on.
