Before I post my announcement I want to check with you guys, because I do not want make it duplicated, I have 5 directories and found out there is few threads, talking about my directories (old owners), what is the best way to announce it? by using the same thread or create a new with new owner management title.

Use the original threads and declare the change of owner any change of listing policy.

That way anyone finding the older thread will be able to see the current state of play.

Assuming they actually read to the end of the thread of course.
