Hi there,
I run a human edited article directory here at Increase Your Traffic

Most articles are sent live within a couple of days. There is also an option to feature articles on the front page for $5.00 per week.

All articles can have up to 3 backlinks.

I don't think that article directories and link directories can increase your traffic.. I have tried and have no results.

Up date blog on a regular basis will increase traffic. Of course, this method should be assisted by other methods. There is no single method to increase traffic.
