"Tongue in cheek" doesn't always convey well.

Now there's something I often wonder about;

Why "I could care less"? Which implies that you must care enough to be able to actually care less.

The English (UK) equivalent is "I could NOT care less" meaning "I care so little there is no way to reduce it"

It just puzzles me.

Why does it say thousands of submissions are pending?
Also was wondering if submissions to a PR6 or PR4 directory give you a PR4 or PR6 backlink, doesn't it give the backlink of the category page you are on? So confused. Cindy
