It doesn't work for me. I get this error:

Reason
Invalid or expired submit session! Please reload submit page and try again"

Could be due to the hosting in my country where the IP is always shared. I have a similar problem with DMOZ.

I think if you add clickable link to your directory it will be more comfortable to add our sites
