I like the look.

The thing I didn't like was; I didn't find out that I had to provide a reciprocal link untill after I feeled in all of my sites information.

Since I don't do recipricol linking with the site I submitted, it was a waste of time.

You don't have to provide a reciprocal link.
After you submit, I tell you that you will receive votes only after you provide a reciprocal link. Your site is shown in list and will receive visitors.

The reciprocal link is only for votes.
