I have PR 5 Stock Market Directory that I am looking for submissions for. Most inner pages are PR4 or PR 3 and it is completely free to submit your site. Sponsored links are also available.
The only conditions are that it must be a top level domain and must be completely stock market related. Reciprocals aren't mandatory but I definitely appreciate them!
