I have put the free submission back up on my directory Port Prophecy after a few months of being strictly paid due to the huge backlog I was getting with the free submissions. (Last year when I ended free submissions I was getting 100-200 new submissions every day!)
I am still including the usual paid options but will allow free submissions now. Of course, although I offer free submission this isn't Christmas in August. Anything that even remotely smells of spam will be deleted and any overly-abusive users will be banned. Internal pages and sub-domains are not allowed for free submisson because of anti-spam reasons. Also, take time to follow ALL guidelines and write proper titles and descriptions. Because this will inevitably create a big workload for me, I will not take alot of time to "clean up" these submissions. You will simply get deleted. Thanks and best of luck!
