Take a look at this unique human edited, user contributed web Directory....
http://www.theaets.org It is a PR5 web Directory of Quality resources.
It has a custom design, and I tried to differentiate it as much as possible from many of the standard PHP directories out there and make the links
as SEO friendly as possible. There is a small charge to get listed but this will allow the directory to have a smaller index and thus pass on more PR
and traffic.

Nice directory but catergory's don't have any PR and I clicked add url from yoru front page and gave a 404 error.

Thanks Greenlush....I think because of the unique categories andlack of the PHP directory structure, this Dir is particularly SEO-friendly and valuable. A listing here could really bosst bothe your PR and also SERP's, in my opinion.
