Then again, if you allow to submit subdirectory it would be much easier, like ../environment or environment../ http://www.seagency.net/environment/

A few green topics that comes to my mind:
The environment
Global warming
Sustainable development issues
Recycling
Fair Trade
etc etc

So your site, pages or sub pages needs to deal with such issue and should have contents, not just adsense links or just links.
