i really would like a forum about law and privacy on the internet .... i really think that it would be welcomed.... for exaple: there are mane websites that offer cracks, serials, porn or other stuff that hide under a certain law voted by bill clinton in 1995 ... does that law really exist ? there is no real information on that on the internet (as far as i looked).

i think a forum like that would be most usefull, especially if moderated by someone with good knowledge in things like that, so that no roumors are started here, but rather clarified and explained.

thank you.

I don't think that this forum should seep into the scopes of other topics. Yes, having a nack for the law does come in handy while your developing things but I don't think this is place to discuss such issues. 'Law' covers a large topic area and I think it's best to leave it to those forums whose sole intention is to talk about law (TheLaw or GigaLaw for example).

My opinoin anyway.

Perhaps. What if was more a forum to discuss Security/Law/Policy/Etc for the internet? I'd volunteer to mod it...heh.
