I've noticed most of the threads in the Graphics Requests / Contests section of the site are all requests for graphics.
To save space and to make the whole process a whole lot easier, I propose the admin make a sticky called 'Graphics Request Thread' in which people can post requests and other members can answer the requests and make the graphics.
Maybe you could have two stickies for free and paid designs, I notice a mixture of requests, some people offer money or other insentives. Some don't. I think it would be a good idea as that forum is being overrun by that type of message, which stops other talk really going on, for things such as contests which I'd be keen in participating in. A single thread would be much better
