This link exchange has been discussed before. I hate what goes on in there but to be honest, at the moment it's not spilling over into the other forums and isn't really affecting us anymore. If it was removed, I'm sure at least some of it would get placed in the SEO talk forum or something by mistake and this would be far more frustrating - I think we might as well just leave RLE to itself - once people finally realise in a few years time that link exchanges don't usually pay off, it will attract far less people and eventually die a death
