The user "treyhorne" has stolen both my logo and banner, as shown in this thread. The user has still been permitted to post freely, and payment has not been received. Every time the subject is brought up in threads he created, he says to send the paypal again, which I done 3 times now. I've made multiple attempts to contact him via PM, but of course no reply. Please be aware this user is a con artist.

Edit: He's stolen JoeSoCool's logo too, which I think he removed in his post.

Do you have a link to show that JoeSoCool's logo was also stolen? If it was I think we need to ban treyhorne. The only reason I didn't in the past was in the hopes you could still get your money.

Sadly I don't think you're going to get the money at this point without taking the matter to court and it's probably not worth the trouble.

I PMed JoeSoCool a few days ago with no reply. I'm pretty sure his was stolen.
I think trey should be banned nonetheless, as stealing two is just as bad as one.

I agree about treyhorne. Like I said the only reason she can still post was in the hopes you could get your money back.

Let me bring it up quick with the staff and see if anyone has an objection.

I got his PM I just haven't been on in a couple of days due to computer problems
and yes, I've seen it on his site on the home page

I've tried to contact him in three different ways since yesterday so I dont know what else to do
I'll definitely not forget to watermark my images anymore though

This guy does need to be banned. I'm glad you helped in waiting to see if they would come through but that is obviously not going to be the case. Meanwhile they are still entering other comps as a designer and trying to reap the benefits of being a WT member.

I really tried to help on the legal side and hope we still have a chance if you sent them another e-mail.

Thanks for responding Joe. The link doesn't seem to be working though. Also can you provide a link to the thread here where you first posted the logo? Thanks.

I'm glad you'll be watermarking images in the future.
