How do you get to choose, your description, such as novice talker, experienced talker, etc. I noticed some people have custom descriptions. Do you have to have a certain number of posts? Do you have to be a moderator?

It is based on the number of posts you have. Here is the scale:
Virgin Talker 0
Novice Talker 1
Average Talker 15
Experienced Talker 30
Skilled Talker 50
Super Talker 100
Extreme Talker 150
Ultra Talker 250
Webmaster Talker 500
Super Spam Talker 750
King Spam Talker 1000
Defies a Status 1500
