I think it'll be best to have a Flash / Actionscript Forum. I'll help kick start things with a few stickies if you wish.

We HAD a Flash forum, it got extremely little use, so it was eliminated and the actionscript rolled into the Coding forum. I still don't think there's enough traffic to warrant splitting it out again.

I agree - it probably wouldn't be terribly active, and could probably fit in coding or maybe even the graphics forum (depending on the nature of the thread).
