Hi, I'm First Strike and I'm new here, I just wanted some Clarification on the no Avatar Rule: Does it mean we can't have A image in our avatar?

You misunderstood the rule, which states:

No Avatar, Custom Title, and/or Username Changing Abuse

These are a luxury and abuse of them will result in them being lost.
Abuse being the operative word here. If you have looked around here, you can clearly see that we DO allow avatars.
