okay, i assume chris is on ho9liday ort something - how come no moderators have answered me? i have got some money ready to buy credits but i still have no answers to my question
apparently you have time to give me rep points for making subtle jokes about hooters, without naming anyone (so it's a LIE to pretend i insulted anyone specific - just ANYONE who takes their wife to hooters, or that sort of thing)
yet when i wanna pay you money to buy advertising, you have actually just omitted to notice

anyway. i think that i do still feel that the best developers are out HERE, and i've seen a lot of examples of brilliant developers, and designers, but i think it's a bit too amateurish, this forum, for me to be able to get what i want really - given the pace of answering questions like "how do i pay you and what exactly do i get?" - when a customer says that to me, alarm bells ring out "get the cash, boy, get the cash!"
so here's my new plan - i shall set up a competitor site. in a word. that way i can bring all the developers to ME. after all, i'm blatantly one of the best developers on this site, and yet you are letting someone with apparently very few development skills make me feel VERY VERY unwelcome. so forget this place. i am a developer, not a punchbag for kml... if you don't have enough power in your own life, don't try and make up for it online... you're becoming weaker not stronger. a strong person does what i am about to do, which is to just **** the hell off and not come back. i kept the email address of the person who is clearly by far the best developer here (well, of all the people who actually talk) and that's clearly enough.
anyway, i've understood the basic principles - i just need to draw designers and developers in, give em a marketplace to sell on, and it'll work out. plus because i'm programming-centric, i'll build my entire interface myself, none of this ready-made forum stuff. so it'll really stand out.
but seriously. i'm sick of the abuse i'm getting from kml and i feel that the site owners here ought to make an apology to me or accept that i will simply no longer see them (as i have so far done) as equals and allies to my own business and online machinations.
i did NOT deserve the last beating kml gave me. i made a subtle joke about ALL people who take inappropriate people to hooters, and i never named any individuals on this site who would do that - hell, maybe there aren't any such people. i forget. either way, if you don't reverse that last beating, it shows you are not really as fair as YOU believe - whoever you are, site owner(s).
if i wanted to insult someone, i could ask about the way people spell their names - you know these crazy names like Sandie with a J or something (like the joke on L.A. story).
