Hello, I've posted several listings in the new marketplace in the past all with the additional upgrades and it seems that I could have gotten away with the upgrades for free (paid anyway as it felt wrong), perhaps you should require payment before the listing is posted?
Also I recommend (some people may hate me for this) small fee to be charged for each listing apart from the additional listing upgrades.
I'm not sure if there is a time limit between listings as I've only posted 3 or 4 times a month at max but I believe there should be time limit for at least few days between listing. It would weed out the spam IMO.
