While browsing the link exchange forum I noticed something.

Chief, you say in the rules

Do not mention Page Rank in your post title.

Please use the following format for your post title:

Exchange links with "type or category of site" related web site

And that if these rules are not followed then:

If you do not follow these rules or format, your link will be deleted.

While looking at the topics, several had mentioned PR in their title and several and just put things like 'Link exchange please' in their title.

These have not been deleted or edited by an admin or mod.

This is just to clarify, do you still enforce the rules listed? If you don't then it might be a good idea to change them...

Yes, we still enforce the rules in all the forums. Sometimes, there may be one slip through, but we'll catch it.

We setup a new hack that makes members read the rules before posting

So, if they still don't follow them we can be much more strict and there should be less we have to enforce...
