I might sound stupid (:P) but I've seen on several peoples profiles the "Latest Blog Post" with a link to a posting.

How is this accomplished?

UserCP > Edit Options (in the sidebar)

At the bottom of the page are the instructions (just C&P your feed into where it asks).

No problem.

Sometimes you'll have to wait an hour or so for the listing to actually show up, too, depending on how you have it set up. It doesn't always like to show right away.

i read my CP and i saw it. but i didnt understand that is for and what benefit for blogger? pls explain more details. ty

By posting your website's RSS feed into the location i described in post #2, every time you write a new blog post (or whatever content you have syndicated), a link will be displayed showing your latest post's title.

Look above my post count to see what I mean, that's the latest blog post I wrote, and WT went ahead and grabbed it.
