It was unable to add custom profile picture...size and dimensions are correct. (under 100 x 100 pixels & less than 40k ) help me....

BTW
It is not "couldn't able to add"

it should be

"I couldn't add" or (for correct grammar) "I could not add"

alternatively

"I wasn't able to add"

correct grammar for that would be

"I was unable to add"

One would assume by saying you would prefer to learn somewhat.

Of course if you wish, you can always carry on in "poor language" and possibly being misunderstood, alternatively you could simply post on forums that use your native language.
Personally I would NOT even try to post on a forum where I do not speak the language.

And of course answering the question is not actually possible until we know the ACTUAL error, "unable to save image" could occur for a number of reasons.

"unable to save image" is the error, size & dimensions are correct as preferred.
then..tell me the "no.of reasons"...

I said sorry because "you feel uncomfort" .....mistakes can happen for anyone for one-time...I will try to polish my language as I can...please feel free to reply me...thanks...

Have you tried setting the profile picture as a URL rather than uploading an image?

Otherwise attach the image you want to use to a post in the Confidential Talk section and I will see if it will upload.
