you can put links in your signature, which is perfectly acceptable, as long as they're not adult content related.

You cannot simply promote your website with a post though. That would count as SPAM. Posts need to be on topic. If it happens that the topic of a thread is, for example, about a specific HTML hack or something, and you've written a blog post about it, then it's fine to link to that.

Just use common sense, if you're unsure, ask on of us moderators
