I think the coding forum is sufficient for the small number of python topics we get.

Search for threads with python in the title and you'll see what I mean. There are only about 25 of them, which includes threads about monty python

I mean you can start a python forum like javascript & php

We could if enough members used python or asked questions regarding python.

Python is more important and powerful Object oriented language than everything you mentioned. Nowadays it is gaining more attention than any other programming language.
