is it me or is their more spam on webmaster-talk.com since being taken over. I popped over to the PHP forum before and it was full of people advertising pills and "cheap" laptops lol. quite annoying, I love this site and will carry on referring to it as webmaster-talk, but seriously the spam is annoying me. Yesturday I asked for help and had some guy posting about some new type of pill. not sure what it was, didn't really take an interest. Hope the admins sort this out soon.

I moved from digital point because of this problem

Hi, I'm new here, it seemed like a good forum, but I have to agree with you...there is spam and poor quality posts everywhere....

I dare say I'm not going to stay around too long to write any quality posts with such things happening.

Will see though. Still new.

It's just an unfortunate circumstance.

Because of the influx of users brings more spammers and the holiday period means the mod team tend to be a little thinner on the ground.

But if you keep reporting 'em, we'll keep deleting 'em! And we should be back to normal by the weekend.

This is YOUR forum help us keep it clean.

I haven't noticed any difference. I think they're removed pretty quickly. I just think this forum attracts more spammers because it is high traffic. But I did report 1 yesterday.
