I still don't see a link anywhere for how members can reach staff. Certainly this subforum exists, but wouldn't it make things easier for users and on staff to know who to contact who oversees a specific subforum? For instance, one area I was over in particular as a mod was Graphic Design Contests.

You can call me negative all you want, but only you can reverse the perception that the new staff is unapproachable. Thus far the only really active one we've seen is Shey.

I'm sorry if there hasn't been any reply to your thread so far.
We are discussing it in the staff forums and I'll do a follow up, especially the thing on which of the current staff are assigned on which forum.

Right now, users can post a thread on the Confidential Talk sub-forums right here in the Suggestions and Feedback forum if they need to address something for the Forum Staff.

Another thing as mentioned in the newly amended Forum Rules:
Since Tycoon Talk is officially a part of Freelancer.com, if they have any problems regarding the forums they can submit a support ticket addressed to the Tycoon Talk department via this link:
http://www.freelancer.com/users/helpdesk.php

Thanks for the reply, Gab. I am glad this is being discussed. This is not so much directed at you and Shey, but since this is the suggestions forum, I would suggest that other admins make themselves more visible. By doing so you say, without having to, "We are here for you". It doesn't hurt security, either. I would hope that "support tickets" would be delegated to purely technical issues, seeing as how forums are people driven, and support departments are dreadfully impersonal.

I understand where you're coming from Tim. We'll be sending out an email to all admins and mods to check on their status and if they are still part of the community or not.
