I have been thinking of closing the W.T. Tips & Tricks Exclusive Forum and moving old posts within to appropriate categories.

The reason would be to shorten the amount of forums by one and to no longer keep some insightful posts from non-members (and have the posts in appropriate categories).

Any objections or thoughts on why or why not this should be done?

I think that information should be available to everyone. Especially those who just want to read and not have to worry about signing up.

I would say go ahead. I've never been very sure myself what should go in there and what should be in other forums, so lets eliminate the problem!
