I'm on -5 eastern time and it says the time is 8:00PM when its only 4:00PM. Whats up?

that is the server time.
iit shows the time of the server where WT is hosted.

Yes, but with the time offset it should be showing correctly unless something isn't set up right.

Try resetting your system clock on the server. On Linux, just run

hwclock systohc

as root after you've set the clock to the correct time.
