I just noticed in posts and signatures that links seem to be getting removed. Code like this:

SEO Buzzbox

Comes out something like this:
SEOBuzzbox (http://www.seobuzzbox.com) ... the hyperlink is removed by the board software.

Is this a bug or a new implementation of something?

EDIT: Never mind. As I submitted this, it worked again as per normal.

I also didn't notice it ends up as:

Why the redirect? My profile page has a PR of 3, and I've noticed my sites have been indexed pretty well as a result of WT. It'd be a shame if that stopped - would it?

I believe the redirect only works in this forum since we have a subforum which is private. The redirect is there so no logs can track referrers in private forums.

@Adam: This is only in the link forums. This is to reducde link spam. All other forums work as normal.

And the reasoning behind it is that various idiots who want to post their spammy directories and ruin it for the legit people caused that effect.

I'm okay with that, by the way...it's actually the first time I've ever posted in that forum. I just thought it looked a little weird when I put a URL in and it came out URL (URL) with no hyperlink, izall.
