Just a check for anyone receiving PM's here. Are you getting a notification box when you log in that says you have a PM waiting?
If not, this is a hint that several people have PM's and should go to their CP to read them.

I get those boxes...sometimes, though, something will slip by me, but I'll catch it on the front page where it says you've got x unread pm's.

When I get PMs, I get the popup notification. Used to get e-mailed, but it just clutters the inbox.

I get it strangely. When i get a new PM it notifies me there and then. I never log-out.

I`m going to have to turn mine off, I`m getting spam through them and it does my head in when I come in here.

Ok, what I`ll do is open it up again and the next time I get spam, I`ll forward it onto you.

I like the way the old IPB had it's PM notifications (not the new 2.1 Alpha way).
Instead of a Javascript confirm box asking if you want to read the message now, then another asking if you want to open it up in a new window etc. (which is really annoying!), a noticeable box is placed up at the top of the page with the information. I think it's less intrusive.
Anyone else fed up with those stupid Javascript confirms?

someone add a smilie that sais "me! me! me!"
well ... something really catchy next to the controls in the right upper corner would be much better
