Hi i was wondering about a live chatroom maybe either on the site or a seperate site link to from WT?

i think it would be a great way for everyone to communicate instantly with anyone logged in to WT?

anyone like it?...

There is an IRC channel on;
server: irc.vbulletin-chat.com
channel: #WMT

It's fairly quiet though.

i know about that nut not everyone is familiar with that (im not)
but a simple page with a basic chat room is just plain easy!

We had it in the header for a while to see how it would catch, but not many people used it so it's all but dead.

Like I said, it was in the header for a while. It was just a trial to see if it would work out. It was not being used so it's basically been removed.

I just meant to say that we tried a chat and it didn't work out. While the IRC room still exists, it exists because lonely st0x stays there

At the time i was in a pub, drunk, 3 miles away from my computer lol.

if i could i would get a laptop so i am never away from my pc LOL
I know i need councilling but i would prefer to spend the money on my pc... a second tft... better cpu...... another few GB's RAM....
im sad i know i built a pc at 14 and have no money and wont have until i have upgraded it to the max! (of my current motherboard) then ill get a new one! and so on and so forth... and then he was bankrupt...

Uhm.... that chat.php asks for an install thing... i don`t like ..
What about a Shoutbox? where everyone can SHOUTTT!! :PP

I think you guys should get flashchat. I have it on my site (puretalkforum.com) and it's great. It integrates right into the vBulletin software, too!

it could be good if there was like a live chat automatically when you sign in, and you can just choose to make yourself invisible if you dont want to talk, so that things could move alot faster than keep going back to posts and stuff, i think it could work

Actually I dont know exactlly the live chatroom u mentioned above, is it a chatroom where all the users of your website can chat freely or is it a private chatroom where very few users can chat privately?

But both requirement can be satisfied if u have a try of the chat software offered by 123flashchat, I myself am trying it. However, I havent decided whether I should buy its license which initiates at $199. I am just using its free demo which interrupts every ten mins, sucks.....

Its like 5$ and its a realy nice little chat system. XD i'm in the chat right now...empty.
